Leadership Development Program
Leadership Development Program
Equipping future ministry leaders for the local church and the glory of Jesus.
What is the LDP?
Our Leadership Development Program is a 12-month residency adventure that is designed to equip future ministry leaders for Jesus-centered, discipleship-driven, & transformation-focused full-time ministry in the local church.
We call the participants in this program: Protégés
Be a Host Home
A host home is a ministry opportunity for you to host a member of our LDP in your home for a period of time (typically a year or semester) to provide them with the housing that they need to enroll and engage in the program.
Mentor a Protégé
Invest in future leaders by becoming a protege mentor. You can help lead and disciple members in the Leadership Development Program so that they can be equipped and ready for a life of ministry,
Why develop leaders?
There is a leadership crisis in the Church at large.
Pastors and leaders have left ministry at an alarming rate over the last decade. We believe much of that is due to a lack of effective leadership development. We want to equip future leaders with the spiritual rhythms, theological training, leadership skills, and practical ministry experience to lead the Church forward. The Church will face hard times in the days ahead. Culture will get darker, truth will be more opposed, and secularism will continue to rise. We need strong, deeply developed leaders to lead us through the storm. We feel a great sense of responsibility to develop the leaders who will pastor and lead the local church forward.
