VIDEO PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

Vision/Purpose of this role:
Stonecreek Church is seeking a spiritually mature and technically skilled Video Production Director to lead the creation of excellent, God-honoring video content across all campuses. This role will oversee both live broadcast production and pre-produced video content—from Sunday livestreams to social media videos—to help elevate the name of Jesus and make more disciples.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams (volunteers, staff, and contractors) to execute high-quality live video production for worship services across campuses.
- Oversee the planning and production of pre-produced content, including sermon bumpers, testimonies, promo videos, and Sunday announcements.
- Collaborate with Worship, Tech, and Creative teams to craft engaging worship experiences across all formats.
- Develop innovative video strategies to expand our online presence and enhance social media engagement.
- Ensure the technical excellence of video, audio, and lighting systems.
- Manage production schedules and coordinate resources across campuses.
- Help shape and maintain the culture of excellence, creativity, and Christ-centered service within the production team.

Desired Skills/Qualifications/Expectations:
Education & Experience
5+ years of experience in church production or related field.
Strong leadership experience managing both volunteers and professionals.
Proficiency in AVL systems and tools such as Blackmagic, Dante™, Planning Center, and team collaboration software (e.g. Asana, Slack).
Deep understanding of multisite and simulcast production strategies.
Ability to lead in high-pressure live environments while also producing engaging recorded content.
